A.  DVT and PE Prevention and Treatment - General Guidelines:


1.  ACCP 2008

2.  AHA 2011  DVT and PE

The American Society of Hematology has developed a pocket-sized Quick Reference guide adapted in part from The American College of Chest Physicians Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Guideline on Antithrombotic and Thrombolytic Therapy (8th Edition).
