Prótesis de articulación radiocubital distal
Las
prótesis de la articulación radiocubital distal (DRUJ) han estado
disponibles durante muchos años y, a pesar de sus resultados superiores
en comparación con las reconstrucciones DRUJ convencionales en
seguimientos tanto a corto como a largo plazo, no se han vuelto tan
populares como las prótesis comunes de cadera y rodilla.
En el
artículo de revisión actual, en el primer paso, discutimos la anatomía
aplicada y la biomecánica del DRUJ, y en segundo lugar, clasificamos las
prótesis DRUJ de acuerdo con la literatura disponible y revisamos
diferentes tipos de prótesis con sus resultados. Finalmente, propusimos
pautas simples para ayudar al cirujano a elegir la prótesis DRUJ
adecuada.
