Validar el Sistema de clasificación de lesiones subaxiales de la columna vertebral de la AO con participantes de diversos niveles de experiencia, subespecialidades y regiones geográficas.

El Sistema de Clasificación de Lesiones Subaxiales de la Columna Vertebral de la AO demostró una excelente confiabilidad interobservador y reproducibilidad intraobservador para la morfología de la fractura, confiabilidad y reproducibilidad sustanciales para las lesiones facetarias, y excelente reproducibilidad con confiabilidad sustancial para el subtipo de lesión.

Variación en el tratamiento global de las fracturas facetarias unilaterales aisladas de la columna cervical subaxial

Determinar la variación en las prácticas de tratamiento global para las fracturas facetarias unilaterales subaxiales de la columna cervical según la experiencia del cirujano, el entorno de la práctica y la subespecialidad quirúrgica.


Existe un acuerdo considerable entre las preferencias de los cirujanos con respecto al tratamiento de las fracturas facetarias unilaterales, con pocas excepciones. Los subtipos de fractura F2N2 y los subtipos con radiculopatía (N2) parecen ser el umbral para el tratamiento quirúrgico
