Revisión de la reconstrucción del ligamento cruzado anterior con el autoinjerto de tejido blando del tendón del cuádriceps tiene resultados aceptables a plazo temprano e intermedio
Los propósitos eran (1) examinar los resultados clínicos y las complicaciones de la revisión de la reconstrucción del ligamento cruzado anterior (ACLR) de plazos tempranos a intermedios, utilizando autoinjertos de tejido blando del tendón del cuádriceps (QT) y (2) comparar la fuerza del cuádriceps entre pacientes que tenían isquiotibiales versus autoinjertos de tendón rotuliano en su reconstrucción previa.
La revisión de ACLR con autoinjertos de QT de tejido blando tiene resultados aceptables a plazo temprano e intermedio con tasas de complicaciones razonables (11/80 pacientes con seguimiento). La agresión secundaria al mecanismo extensor a través de la extracción de autoinjerto de QT no afecta negativamente a la fuerza después de un autoinjerto previo de tendón rotuliano versus autoinjerto de isquiotibiales.
